Register your organisation with Defra once, copy the code they give you, and paste it into the app. From 1 October every load you save is sent to Defra for you.

Don't skip step 10. Once the £26 is due (the first one by 31 January 2027), Defra refuse loads from an organisation that hasn't paid it, until it's paid. Software providers can't pay it for you.
